WGLS-FM Student Station Manager Waldy Diez and former Student Station Manager John Salvatore will host an hour-long radio show during the National College Media Convention in New Orleans next Thursday morning, October 24 (11 a.m. CST, 12 p.m. EST).
The show’s theme centers around “Throwback Thursday” and features rock tunes from the 80’s and 90’s.
Diez and Salvatore will be accepting music requests through Twitter now through Monday.
The program will be streamed online at ncmcradio.org,
Also, Diez and Salvatore will be in attendance to represent Rowan Radio at the Pinnacle Awards ceremony next Thursday. WGLS-FM was nominated last August for Station of the Year.
