Rowan University Football continues its Road to Salem and the Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl when the Profs face the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor on Saturday at 1 p.m.
The Profs will roll into Belton, Texas after a resounding 24-0 victory last Saturday against Endicott in the opening round of the NCAA tournament.
Rowan University Football Hosts Cortland In Big NJAC Battle On WGLS-FM
Rowan University Football hosts SUNY-Cortland on Saturday at 1 p.m. in a pivotal NJAC contest on Rowan Radio 89.7 WGLS-FM.
The 5-2 Profs enter play on Saturday with a 3-1 record in the NJAC and locked in a three-way tie for second place with The College of New Jersey and Brockport.
Meanwhile, the first-place Red Dragons hold a half-game lead after defeating TCNJ 20-7 last Saturday in Cortland.
Rowan University Football Faces Framingham St. On WGLS-FM
Rowan University Football looks to rebound this Saturday on Rowan Radio 89.7 WGLS-FM at 1 p.m. in the home opener against Framingham St.
The Profs will try to bounce back following a tough 35-27 loss at Delaware Valley College on Saturday after leading by 20 heading into the fourth quarter.
They will face Framingham St., a 2012 NCAA playoff participant. Last November, the Rams fell to Cortland St. 20-19 in the opening round of the NCAA D-III playoffs.
The 2013 Rowan University Football Season On WGLS-FM
The 2013 Rowan University Football 10-game regular season schedule kicks off on Saturday, September 7 when the Profs visit Delaware Valley College.
The schedule is highlighted by the annual Homecoming game on Saturday, October 19, which features Rowan facing Wesley College. A perennial playoff team as of late, the Wolverines are ranked fifth in the nation according to D3Football.com’s Top 25 poll after finishing 10-2 last season and reaching the national quarterfinals last season.
